Attending appointments can sometimes pose a challenge. If you need assistance in getting to your appointments, we can help you. Our qualified staff can support you to attend your important appointments, whether they be at the salon, with the GP or anywhere else.

Home and Community Care Services are accessible to people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages.

If you have been assessed as eligible for CHSP or a Home Care Package you can request for your referral to be sent to McLean Care; when we receive your referral our staff will contact you to work out how we can best support you to plan for and achieve your goals.

All the services offered by McLean Care are available under a fee for service model; meaning you can have any of the services you want and need. Contact our Home and Community Care office on 1300 791 660 to have a personalised quote developed for you.
