We can work with you to look at ways to modify your home to keep you there. These modifications may include:
-Grab and handrails in the bathroom, shower and/or kitchen
-Access ramps
-Bathroom and/or kitchen modifications
-Equipment to help you mobilise
-Shower chairs and commodes

Our goal is to partner with you to really understand what your goals are and how we can support you to meet your goals today and into the future.

we understand that there are some jobs around the home that aren’t as easy as they once were, and keeping with our shared goal of keeping you in your own home for as long as possible, we can get these jobs done for you. The list is endless, but some of the things we can offer you are:
-Smoke alarm testing
-Window cleaning / external house cleaning
-Gutter cleaning

Home and Community Care Services are accessible to people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages.

If you have been assessed as eligible for CHSP or a Home Care Package you can request for your referral to be sent to McLean Care; when we receive your referral our staff will contact you to work out how we can best support you to plan for and achieve your goals.

All the services offered by McLean Care are available under a fee for service model; meaning you can have any of the services you want and need. Contact our Home and Community Care office on 1300 791 660 to have a personalised quote developed for you.
