Built in 1998 these rooms are well maintained high quality with wide doors, attractive vinyl flooring, with close proximity to lounge room, dining room, activities room and access to small patio. The rooms come equipped with electronic adjustable beds fitted with pressure relieving mattress if required, bedside table and built-in wardrobe with lockable storage and have ample space for visitor chair.

The centrally located common area consists of a combined lounge/dining room adjacent to a fully carpeted activities room for the eight residents. These rooms are in excellent condition with attractive skylight atrium as a centre piece providing excellent natural lighting supplemented by ceiling lighting and incorporate 5 seating, dining room settings, wall art, entertainment units including large screen television with DVD/video and music centre.
The rooms have been specifically designed for residents suffering from dementia. The residents also have direct access from their rooms to a secure outdoor area incorporating gardens, a gazebo and walkways.
