– Held many positions throughout the New England and North West associated with the Soil Conversation Service of NSW
– Manager Inverell Resource Centre for 23 years, responsible for Multiple Project Control Accounting Programs
– Senior Land Senior Land Resource Planner for 13 years and Regional Mapping coordinator for 3 years
– Senior Natural Resource Officer for 7 years to encompass Regional mapping, landscape assessment and training responsibilities
– Approx 20 publications and a number of nationally and internationally recognised papers and reports on natural resource mapping and assessment issues

– Plant Operation Award (Soil Conservation Service of NSW), Hunter Area 1982-83
– Service Awards for 10, 20, 30, 40 years’ service to: SCS-CALM-DLWC-DSNR-DIPNR-DNR-DECC&W Government Departments.
– Certificate of Appreciation from DLWC for Commitment and Dedication for in excess of 20 years
