McLean Care® Kolora aged care home is a 32-bed facility located amongst picturesque waterways and national parks, serving the rural community around Guyra, NSW. The home is situated a short 5-minute drive from the centre of Guyra and offers permanent and respite accommodation to our seniors living in the surrounding areas.
Alana has worked within McLean Care’s residential aged care homes for 13 years, gaining experience across multiple facilities. Her passion lies in supporting residents and enhancing their quality of life.
Over the past five years, Alana has held several senior leadership roles, including Clinical Partner supporting operations and auditing across all six sites, Facility Manager at Killean, and Residential Services Manager for the organisation. Returning to Kolora, her home base, has been incredibly rewarding, and she is proud to work alongside a dedicated team to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Alana has also been studying full-time at university for the past two years and will soon graduate as a Registered Nurse, further strengthening her commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Kolora is located in Guyra, surrounded by lagoons, waterways and nature reserves. You have a choice of a range of comfortable rooms throughout the centre, which includes dining and sitting rooms, and a large Leisure & Lifestyle room. There are 32 beds in the Centre, in private rooms each with their own ensuite.
McLean Care Kolora is a suitable care environment for you if you require somewhat extensive assistance, or are fully dependent, for:

• Transferring on and off your bed
• Toileting
• Management of food and fluids
• Assistance for all aspects of activities of daily living
