McLean Care reveals the perfect solution to compliment both respite and social needs with their Affinity Club.

The Affinity Club has been designed especially accommodating respite needs with this social club for seniors within the Queensland region. The Affinity Club is a government accredited respite service, operated by a community based, not-for-profit organisation that provides an abundance of programs tailored to suit the needs and interest of all our clients.

Using a respite service for your loved one can provide carers with the recharge they need, the time they should take to look after their own health care or spending time with other family members. Coincidingly, you may have contemplated that you need a break from your carer, rest assure that you are in the most professional hands of the McLean Care staff and even better company.

Whilst an inpatient in hospital, simply ask your discharge planner to get you in contact with the ACAT team and they will complete an eligibility assessment into the program. From there McLean Care in consult with Queensland health to determine the required care to coordinate with your discharge.
