Whether you are looking to try something new or you’re a long-term participant, our staff will support you to attend:
-Tai Chi
-Relaxation exercises

Physical activities can both prolong our lives and improve our overall quality of life. By being active and staying fit you not only improve your brain health but you make new friends and gain new experiences. Our physical activities programme includes:
-Walking groups
-Attending the gym
-Water therapy at the pool
-Chair exercises
-Tai Chi

Whilst physical fitness is essential, keeping active mentally can also bring many health benefits. Our cognitive activities program is a great way to challenge yourself and keep your brain active. Our programme includes:
-Journal writing
-Word and strategy games
-Brain training games and activities

Home and Community Care Services are accessible to people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages.

If you have been assessed as eligible for CHSP or a Home Care Package you can request for your referral to be sent to McLean Care; when we receive your referral our staff will contact you to work out how we can best support you to plan for and achieve your goals.

All the services offered by McLean Care are available under a fee for service model; meaning you can have any of the services you want and need. Contact our Home and Community Care office on 1300 791 660 to have a personalised quote developed for you.
